Helping changemakers and community leaders to connect people and planet by telling compelling visual stories. For a world where science & nature belong to everyone.
Do you want to find fresh, inclusive ways to engage audiences, build trust and create real change? Tired of boring text and generic visuals?
Hi, I’m Vicky, a multi award-winning illustrator, storyteller and environmental scientist with a PhD in meadow ecology and a passion for visual thinking. I founded Inklusive Nature as I am Drawn to Change. I help researchers and changemakers to connect people and planet by telling compelling and inclusive visual stories.
How do I do this? I use my neurodivergent style to turn walls of text into engaging and deceptively simple visual stories to unlock impact. That could mean visually translating academic or policy papers for wider audiences. Or it could be creating visual summaries of community engagement workshops so participants can really feel seen and heard, deepening connections and the potential for lasting change.
My academic experience includes both natural and social science methods, along with 20 years’ experience engaging various interest groups and publics in local government, third sector and academic settings. By actively involving underrepresented groups, we seek to amplify impact and inspire informed, transformative action.

And I’d love to work with you! Every project is different so do get in touch if you’d like to explore how we can work together on your community projects.
